Education provides opportunity and a better society.

Revitalization of Alaska’s public education system is foundational to a brighter future for our state.  A quality education costs money; not educating our kids will cost a lot more in the long run.

To include our remote students, we need more specialty services teachers who can provide the same opportunities as in urban areas.

To retain teachers who are otherwise avoiding or fleeing our state, it is imperative to not only improve pay and working conditions but finally restore a viable pension system.
