Dr Peter Bauer Announces Alaska Senate District O Campaign
Palmer, AK – Today, Dr Peter Bauer announced his campaign for the Alaska State Senate District O seat. Bauer, a retired medical doctor, says his campaign will focus on the cost and quality of life, particularly energy, access to quality medical care, and revitalizing public education.
“The spiraling cost of living is neither an accident nor inevitable. It is the product of laws and policies created by those who have accumulated power and wealth, including within our own Great State. Alaska's government belongs to all of us,” said Bauer. “I’m running to make sure our government hears the voices of Alaskans and works first and foremost for them.“
Underpinning all these specific issues, he says, is the imperative of ensuring that fundamental constitutional rights are again the inviolable bedrock of just law in our state and nation — for everyone.
